About Geisinger PrayerNet

Geisinger PrayerNet is a website for the non-denominational Intercessory Prayer Program of Geisinger Health System (GHS¹). Geisinger PrayerNet is the idea of a visionary benefactor who wanted to use collective prayer to complement the medical care provided to GHS patients.

Geisinger PrayerNet offers GHS patients and their families comfort with the intangible healing influence of prayer by linking those patients who request prayer with this volunteer online praying network.
